We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat/email support
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in documentation
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism
  • Meet process targets and timelines

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Non-Voice / Back Office process
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong computer & typing skills
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
