Job Description

Skillset & Competencies

Visiting branches and rendering necessary support for continuous improvement
Render necessary support to branches to ensure data quality/data enrichment
Render necessary support to branches enhance digital adoption
Render necessary support to branches on Product queries, technical issues regarding Gold Loans, SME loans and TPP
Centralized coordination of KYC maintenance & ensuring quality assurance
Verification and clearance of documents as per checklist prior to sanction of Gold loans.
Handling customer queries and resolving grievances as per customer service standard
Initiate necessary action for settlement of accounts involved in internal and external fraud in consultation with respective stakeholders
Necessary assistance to ensure hassle free NCD and Forex Operations
