• Managing day to day activities, providing direction & support to team members & ensuring proper alignment
• Supervise, motivate, and support team members to meet performance and productivity targets
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Conduct regular team meetings and updates to ensure alignment on goals and issues
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and processes
• Prepare reports, performance reviews, and operational updates for management
• Foster a positive and productive team environment
