Role & responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate printer management services, including maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
2. Ensure timely resolution of printer-related issues and minimize downtime.
3. Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve printer-related issues.
4. Track and manage printer inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports on printer usage, maintenance, and repairs.
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.
