• Should have very good experience in selling IT Services or IT Contract staffing
• Should be fluent in speaking English & other local or regional languages for respective regions
• Client facing with good presentation skills
• Should have achieved Sales target for respective region consistently
• Should have strong connects with C-Level people in respective regions
• Strong Work Ethic
• Positive Attitude
• Good Time Management Abilities
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
• Should be a good Team Player
• Excellent ability to build relationships/rapport with Existing and New Clients/Customers at various levels
