Job Description

Working Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5.5 days

Role & responsibilities

Manage the Talent Acquisition Team members
Achieve the Monthly target as agreed with the team and management.
Maintain the Quality & Hygiene of the new hires.
Work With the management team to work on the key positions.
Ensure Process Adherence
Innovate & improve the hiring procedure
Execute agreed hiring plan with the management.
