Job Description
- Experience in cybersecurity in L3 support is mandatory.
- Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for cybersecurity incidents and issues.
- Security Tools Management: Managing and operating security tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), and other security technologies.
- Knowledge about various tools like SIEM, SSL, Packet Analysis, HIPS/NIPS, Network Monitoring tools, Ticketing Toolset Web Security, AV, UBEA, Advanced SOC, system hardening, and Vulnerability & Penetration Assessments.
- Implementing SOC& ISMS: Developing, implementing, and maintaining the SOC & ISMS frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Threat Intelligence: Staying updated with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to proactively implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Responsible for working in a 24x7 Security Operation centre (SOC) environment.
- Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices
- Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities
- Documentation: Documenting security incidents, response procedures, and maintaining proper records for future reference and analysis.
- Security Audits: Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and making improvements based on findings.
- Knowledge of various operating system, Network devices, Applications and all Tier environments.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting experience on IDS/IPS, Firewall, VPN, and other security products, and Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortigate, PaloAlto and Sonicwall firewalls would be an added advantage
- Proficiency with any of the following: EDR, Anti-Virus, Vulnerability Management, HIPS, NIDS/NIPS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network-Based Forensics, and Encryption
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and analysis.
- Experience with incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence platforms
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GCIA, or GCIH are highly preferred CASP / CompTIA Security+, or CISM is an added advantage
- Flexible to work in 24*7 Operations rotational shifts.
- Ability to contribute during evaluations of new technologies/processes/tools.
