To handle all the customer queries and leading, strategizing implementing the processes independently to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job responsibilities :

• Will be solely responsible for handling all the customer queries for ExclusiveLane.com other marketplaces.
• Strategizing implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Taking customer feedbacks post sales escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams.
• Regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product or delayed delivery.
• Weekly report generation compilation of the customer queries with suggested improvements.
