- Manage and enhance customerengagement strategies.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients andcustomers.
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring its up-to-date and used effectivelyby the team.
- Train team members on CRM software features and best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics to ensure accurate datacollection and reporting.
