Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  
• Respond to customer emails and chat communications promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  
• Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and response time.
  
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  
• Ability to work in night shifts
  
• Prior experience in international voice or blended process is mandatory.
• Both side cab facility
