Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Respond to customer emails and chat communications promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and response time.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to work in night shifts
Prior experience in international voice or blended process is mandatory.
Both side cab facility
