Job Details

Position - Asst. Manager/Manager/ Sr Manager (Designation will be decided post technical evaluation and current designation of the individual)

Job Location - Thane

Skills needed - B.E. /B. Tech Electrical / Electronics with 3+ years of experience in MEP Procurement

Major Roles and responsibilities

- Manage end to end Procurement cycle (i.e from Tendering to post contract ).

- Supporting Role for the procurement category allocated - Electrical, Solar, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC etc.

- Proper scrutiny & technical review of the BOQ / tender wrt to Design ,drawings, DBR

- Understanding and knowledge of relevant IS codes

- Preparation of the RFX and Auction , ensuring the of the Work packages completion in stipulated timelines with maintaining the Price Efficiency.

- Preparing the Rate contracts with the OEM and Vendors & ensuring the best prices are achieved.
