Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications and/or technical requirements
- Work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
- Take ownership of the product end-to-end and provide feedback to the client for improvement
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
- Work closely with the design, development, QA, system teams to attain and meet project toll-gates internally.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
- Provide project-level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction and conduct functional/technical feasibility study for new products and services
- Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are achievable and exhibit good presentation and communication skills at all levels of management and operation
- Prepare functional artefacts like BRD / FSD with business process flows
- Prototype the requirements to generate wireframes
- Analyse existing system and the proposed system to conduct a Gap Analysis
- Prepare the Delta (change requirement) Document and manage change control process
- Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high-quality business solutions
- Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or upsell TTN s offerings
- Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards, and best practices
- Reporting the status of all key metrics (e.g.: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction,NFR) from inception through closure
- Should have a knack of converting high level and sometimes vague business requirements into functional specifications and/or technical requirementsUnderstanding of Wire framing Tools & Trends as well as Mock-Up development technologies.
- Must have Experienced with Agile Methodology, Wire framing and Prototyping.Basic knowledge of UX methodologies, approaches, and trends and the ability to translate user problems to business requirements and present user-centric solutions.

- Experience in conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel Skills (Basic Formulas,VLOOKUP,Pivot Tables,Chart/Graphs and Conditional formatting)
