Job Description

- Assist in manpower planning and job postings.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and feedback.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in updating and communicating policy changes.
- Conduct training sessions on company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Generate reports on HR metrics.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Assist in planning and organizing training sessions.
- Assist with internal/external audits and statutory compliance.
- Maintain documentation required for labor law adherence.
