Job Description

     

    •  

      • Assist in manpower planning and job postings.

      • Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

      • Manage onboarding and orientation programs.

      • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

      • Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.

      • Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

      • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.

      • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and feedback.

      • Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.

      • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

      • Assist in updating and communicating policy changes.

      • Conduct training sessions on company policies.

      • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

      • Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.

      • Generate reports on HR metrics.

      • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.

      • Assist in planning and organizing training sessions.

      • Assist with internal/external audits and statutory compliance.

      • Maintain documentation required for labor law adherence.
