Scope of Work: US/UK Chat Support
Job Description: Resolve customer query over the chat.
Job Role: Customer Support Associate
Work Mode: Work from Home
Criteria:

a) Educational Qualification (Graduate/Undergraduate): Both

b) Freshers or Experience both can apply

c) Languages Required: Excellent in English

d) Language Proficiency Levels: B2+

e) Assessment- Harver test & typing

f) Shift will be rotational (24*7)

g) Week Off also rotational

h) Internet speed should be more than 50 MBPS
