Job Description

• An experienced Team Leader/ Site Manager with experience of handling team of 8-10 IT Engineers. Major responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

• Team Management

• Asset Management (Production LAB)

• Quarterly Planning Assets

• Technical Projects management

• Process Compliance

• Knowledge Base management

• Future projects planning and rollout

• Technology roadmap discussions

• Team leaves management

• Team rotation

• Team roles and trainings

• End users connect planning Escalation cases

• CSAT planning and execution

• System and Network team coordination

• Vendor management

• Data sanitization and management

• Performance management against SLAs

• Quarterly Reviews management

Skills Competencies:

• B.Tech or equivalent

• MCSE, RHEL certification (preferred), ITIL.

• 8-10 yrs Team lead experience in handling a site with a comparable team size
