Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR operations and strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other statutory obligations, and will be adept at handling audits and related processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Ensure accurate PF deductions, timely remittance, and filing of monthly and annual returns. Manage ESIC registrations, contributions, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Prepare for and coordinate audits related to HR and statutory compliance, addressing any findings promptly.
- Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely full and final settlements.
- Manage various MISes and employee records
