Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in SMS flow management within the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication protocols: SMPP, SS7, MAP, and GT-based signaling.
  • Hands-on experience with trace tools and PCAP analysis.
  • Familiarity with SRI-SM, MO-SMS, and MT-SMS flows in multi-network environments.
  • Experience supporting roaming SMS delivery and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams to resolve complex SMS-related issues.
