Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Study of Tender Documents,

Preparing Summary of Tender Conditions and identification of Critical Clauses, Tender Rate Analysis,

Obtaining Quotes/ Discussions/ Negotiations with Suppliers/ Subcontractors,

Preparation of Pre-Qualification, Technical and Financial Tender Submittal Documents, Conducting Site Visits, Online Tender Participation,

Uploading Tender Budget in SAP, Marinating Tender Correspondences History etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be B.E/B.Tech Civil with 10-15 yrs. of Experience.
Sound knowledge in Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, and Tender

Evaluation, Pre-Contracts, Post Contracts and monitoring the same.

Excellent Communication skills.
