Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1. ATM Application Management.
    2. Responsible for monitoring ATM transactions.
    3. Troubleshoot software-related problems of the ATM.
    4. Research & analysis of the incident.
    5. Addition, Deletion & Update of ATMs and card Configuration.
    6. Coordinate with the developer team to implement updates.
    7. Providing logs of the ATM & status reports to the Bank.
    8. Plans and schedules the installation, de-installation and relocation of the company's ATMS. Coordinates with data processing, outside vendors and other operational areas as required.
