Job Description

We are hiring Compliance Officer - Banking Dimain

Location - Navi Mumbai

• Facilitate Regulatory circulars issued by RBI, SEBI, NSE, BSE, PFRDA, CDSL, NDSL to concerned departments
• Track actionable and disseminate these actionable on daily basis to respective functional unit for its implementation.
• Update reports with response received from the respective business units regarding the appropriate actions taken.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on actionable with updated responses and timelines from various stakeholders.
• Compliance testing and providing support for Risk Based Supervision audit for timely submission of Data.
• To ensure SOPs of the bank are updated in line with RBI guideline
