Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat/email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat, email or SMS .
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Typing skills).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
