Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
Train and mentor students or professionals on coding guidelines, insurance claims, reimbursement processes, and industry best practices.
Prepare customized training material and update it regularly based on latest coding changes and regulations.
Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
Provide post-training support and guidance for certification exams (CPC, CCS, etc.).
Maintain training records and generate reports on trainee performance.
Stay up to date with changes in medical coding guidelines and compliance regulations.
