Role & responsibilities

• Handle real-time voice calls and chat with customer queries
• Handle email queries and respond promptly
• Attempt to provide resolutions on the first interaction with customers
• Handle multiple cases at the same time with varying degrees of severity
• Update customers on the progress of their cases regularly

Preferred candidate profile

• CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT COMMAND OVER ENGLISH ( APPLICABLE TO CANDIDATES WHO POSSESS EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITHOUT ANY GRAMMATICAL ERRORS HAVING GOOD SENTENCE STRUCTURE WITH NO MTIs (Mother tongue influence).
• CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT READING AND WRITING SKILLS.
• CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ADAPTIVE TOWARDS NIGHT SHIFTS ( NO DAY SHIFTS IN SUTHERLAND)
• CANDIDATES SHOULD BE WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
• CANDIDATES SHOULD BE READY TO DO WORK FROM THE OFFICE.
