Job Description

Kotak Securities hiring for HR Freshers or 1Year Experience into HR Domain.

Role & responsibilities

- Sourcing and Building candidate pipelines from Job Board.

- Using effective Sourcing channel to maintain selection ratio.

- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders - Business Team and Regional HRRM.

- Facilitating candidates in Offer and Joining Documentation process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Looking for Dynamic candidates.

- Graduate (Any) is mandatory.

- Communication skills & Negotiation Skills is must.
