Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the Retail Business, meeting AOP targets through field sales.
Design and implement digital partner acquisition and onboarding strategies.
Build efficient, scalable onboarding and fulfilment processes across mobile, web, and SaaS platforms.
Drive GTM strategy, identify new sub-verticals, and optimize sales processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance partner experience.

Skill Sets / Requirements:

5+ years in retail sales (GT & MT); 2+ years in a team lead role.
Experience in a central strategy team driving sales growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
