Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Willing to work on tight deadlines

Job Qualifications:

Must be a Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to self-learn

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode- Working from Office

Shift Timings - Day shift.

Immediate Joiner Preferred!
