Job Description
Market Data Administration maintains the control aspects of market data, so that the services delivered to both applications and end-users are controlled and auditable by regulators and exchanges. The roles in this area also ensure that the connections and use of the data meets the compliance and legal requirements through both technical and design controls, and that the services are charged and allocated correctly by utilizing the various sources of billing, invoicing and contractual information.
Role & Responsibilities
- Data Notifications
- Data Access Declaration (DAD) preparation and processing of DAD. Check invoices considering DAD
- Unused Reports, User maintenance and Maintenance of permission sets
- Site Subscription, adding and removing products, exchanges, specialist data and vendor services.
- Migration to new products
- Check of Level 1 / Level 2 exchanges
- Map Collect and Usage collection
- Permission and item requirement support
- Provide reports from DACS: Permission reports, usage reports, Data Declaration Report, Admin Report
- Provide reports for Audits
- Invoice reconciliation and Track usage of applications
- Process exchange notifications, support purchase department concerning Audits and ownership of the inventory management system (product ownership)
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in a people manager role
- Should have handled a team size of minimum 10 members
- Bachelors Degree in commerce
- Strong experience in Market Data administration and DACS
- Experience in Invoice reconciliation and processing
