Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies to increase CASA (Current Account Savings Account) acquisition and retention through cross-selling of liability products such as credit cards, saving accounts, etc.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive growth in the region.
Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets related to CASA sales, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

1-7 years of experience in retail branch banking or similar industry.
Strong understanding of current account, credit card sales, and liability products.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth through effective cross-selling techniques.
