Role : Recruiter
Experience required : 5-8 yrs in only IT Domestic Recruitment
Location : Hinjewadi , Pune
Role & responsibilities
- Overall 5-8 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment Knowledge and experience in handling end to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Negotiation
- Very strong in Sourcing using Boolean search strings.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders (hiring managers, executives, and vendors) throughout the recruitment process.
- Driving the adoption of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and hiring consistently that support a strong candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best talent for open positions.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements Implementing and managing the end of end hiring processes via ATS and other recruitment technology tools
- The Role offers Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, delegating tasks effectively, and providing constructive feedback for development.
- Enhancing recruitment strategies, processes, and partnerships with external vendors Motivating team to achieve excellence in delivering against the recruitment metrics Opportunity to drive improvements, and bring state-of-the-art practices in achieving the recruitment process standards.
- Building talent pipelines and candidate relationships for current and future opportunities, establishing successful partnerships with external organizations
