simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions including
software developers, system administrators, network
engineers, data analysts, and other technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements and define job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media,
referrals, and networking.
Candidate Management
Conduct initial screening and technical fit assessments.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate
experience.Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
Market Research
Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies,
and talent availability.
Provide insights on compensation benchmarks and
competitor hiring practices.
Process and Compliance
Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment
databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor
regulations.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire,
source effectiveness).
