Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (C2H & Permanent).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and job postings.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage hiring for niche IT skills such as SAP, Oracle, Cloud, ERP, Full Stack, Java, .Net, DevOps, etc.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure consistent closures for both C2H and permanent roles, including high-value positions.
- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in C2H hiring (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
Work Timings
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
