Job Description

If you have 5+ years of experience in Indian Sign Language (ISL) and a passion for building truly inclusive workplaces, wed love to have you onboard at our Soukya (Whitefield, Bangalore) location.

What You'll Do:
Be the voice and hands for our employees with hearing/speech disabilities.
Help create a safe, empowering space during onboarding, training, and day-to-day interactions.
Advocate for inclusion, not just in policy, but in practice.Who You Are:
Experienced (5+ years) in PWD interpretation.
Fluent in ISL, Kannada, English and Hindi.
Compassionate, Clear, and Confident.
