Job Title: Tele Sales Officer/Executive

Duration: Permanent Full Time

Location: Noida , Sector 128 (3rd floor, Tower 3, Axis house , Sector 128, Noida)

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate (Except B.tech)

Shift: 9 hours ( 09 :30am 06:30pm )

Working 5.5 Days / Sunday fixed off / 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Job Description:

Customer interaction:

• Responding to customer queries regarding payments, travel bookings, account details, and resolving issues through phone calls, emails, and live chat. 

Transaction processing:

• Handling payment transactions, verifying details, and ensuring accurate processing of customer requests. 

Account management:

• Managing customer accounts, updating information, and assisting with account related issues. 

Sales support:

• Promoting additional services or products to customers based on their needs. 

Skills :-

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Should have a knowledge of Banking Products and Sales Strategies
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with computer systems and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
