Job Description
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (in office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations resource to support the smooth functioning of HR processes. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, HRIS administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR systems.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Handle HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and compliance forms.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and communication.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, and documentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
