Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (offer letters, joining formalities, exit documentation)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files
  • Support background verification (BGV) and document collection

HR Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, amendments, and confirmations
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll data coordination with internal teams/vendors
  • Help track probation completions, extensions, and confirmations

Compliance & Policy Support

  • Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance records
  • Support HR audits and internal data requests
  • Help circulate HR policies and track employee acknowledgements

Employee Queries & Coordination

  • Act as a first point of contact for basic employee HR queries
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) for HR-related tasks
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HR trackers and dashboards (headcount, attrition, onboarding status)
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and MIS
