We are looking for an experienced Telecom Business Analyst to join our Digital Process Operations team.

Location: Noida, Chennai, Banaglore, Pune

JD: The role requires a deep understanding of Telecom IT infrastructure and extensive experience in business analysis, technical projects, and solutions architecture. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in customer journey mapping, process mapping, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Experience:

7 to 10 years of experience in the Telecom/IT sector.

Strong understanding of Telecom IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of telecom wireline and managed networks, with a deep understanding of their architecture, operations, and service delivery models.
