Job Description

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership/delivery management role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.

Proven experience managing large-scale hiring projects and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive process improvements and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
