Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various sourcing techniques and platforms. Your role will be critical in building a strong pipeline and supporting our hiring team

Key Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Use online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, etc.) to source qualified candidates for open roles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles and functions.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Assist recruiters with follow-up calls and interview coordination.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate's qualifications and interest.
Promote the employer brand through networking and digital outreach.
Track metrics such as time-to-source and pipeline health to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
0- 6months of sourcing experience recruitment.
Preferred location for candidates is Ernakulam.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
