Summary:
The Consultant Resourcing will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the hiring needs of the organisation are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will be working closely with the internal stakeholders and project teams to understand their staffing requirements, and sourcing and attracting the right talent for the organization.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong sourcing, recruitment, and selection skills.
- In-depth understanding of the latest recruiting technologies and methodologies.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and best practices in the resourcing domain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven track record in delivering high-volume recruitment, either in-house or as an agency recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and project teams to understand their recruitment needs.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract and identify the right talent.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure that the recruitment process is consistent and in line with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external recruitment agencies.
- Keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices
