Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BMS (Building Management System) Service Engineer to join our Automation Division. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, extensive knowledge of BMS, and experience in ticket handling and customer support. As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS systems, ensuring they operate efciently and meet our clients" needs. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BMS systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. System Optimization: Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efciency and reliability. Ticket Handling: Manage and prioritize service tickets. Provide timely and efective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, ofering technical support and guidance on BMS-related queries and concerns. Installation and Commissioning: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and integration of new BMS systems and components. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, system performance, and client interactions. Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and system performance. Training and Guidance: Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of BMS systems. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all BMS activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BMS service and maintenance, preferably in the automation industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining various BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and energy management principles. Familiarity with network protocols and integration methods (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Certifications: Relevant certifications in BMS or HVAC systems are a plus. Availability: Willingness to travel to client sites and provide on-call support as needed.
