Job Title: Customer Support Executive Non-Voice International Process 
Job Location: Karle Hub 4, Bangalore 
Work Mode: Work from Office  
Shift: Night Shift (7 PM 7 AM) 

Job Summary: 
We are hiring experienced professionals for a Customer Support Executive role in the International Non-Voice Process. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity for candidates with strong communication and customer handling skills, preferably with prior BPO experience. 

 
 Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide efficient and professional non-voice customer support. 
• Respond to customer queries via email/chat as per process guidelines. 
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling requests. 
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets. 
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and adhere to performance metrics. 

 
 Eligibility Criteria: 

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate 
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory) 
• Process: International Non-Voice Customer Support 
• Versant Score: Minimum 65 required 
• Language: Fluent spoken English without MTI 

 
 
Additional Information: 

• Night shift only (7 PM 7 AM) 
• Work from Office only remote work is not available
