Job Description

Role: Closure Consultant (Sales)
Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.

-Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey.

- Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report

-Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
