Lead and manage a team of 4+ TMEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the development and execution of technical marketing strategies for wireless and networking products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML and security features into our solutions.
Drive the creation of technical content, including whitepapers, presentations, blogs, social media evangelism and demo videos.
Represent Cisco at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Ensure the team stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, QA and CTO team to help drive new innovations and field and partner enablement strategies
Meet with customers and prospects, share our vision and understand their needs
Support large deals, and increase TME engagement on sales opportunities
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in networking technology (ideally in Wireless)
Deep understanding and familiarity with networking, AI/ML and Wi-Fi technologies
Hands on experience in supporting, selling, or using WiI-Fi technologies
Track record of motivating and driving large projects and large teams effectively
Strong user insight with a deep desire to understand top customer problems
Easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical folks
Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a strong sense of product quality
Love solving technical problems in creative ways
Deep passion for mentoring, coaching and growing people
Bonus Points:
Experience building and leading complementary teams
BA/BS in EE or CS or a related technical field
CWNA/CWNP/CCIE /wireless/security certifications
Experience in application engineering, technical support, product testing, or QA
