Job Description
- Perform comprehensive research on potential clients, key stakeholders, and the evolving technology landscape
- Examine client and company backgrounds using websites and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of service offerings, industry trends, and competitive products to enhance lead generation and market research.
- Build and sustain in-depth knowledge of service offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to strengthen lead generation and market research efforts.
- Achieve activity goals through consistent engagement, including cold calling, lead generation, and proposal submissions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through engaging and meaningful interactions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads throughout the sales process.
- Make a strong and impactful first impression to propel the sales cycle forward.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales within the technology sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A well-organized and strategic approach to the sales cycle, backed by a strong understanding of the technology industry.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Must be willing to work in the USA time zone (4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST)
