We are hiring for Back office Non-Voice process at @ Mumbai location ( Airoli Mindscape)

Role & responsibilities:

• 0-1 year experience in a similar heads-up data entry process
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong aptitude for learning system software and product specific information
• Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify product experiences and perform lower level investigations
• Good English speaking ability, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, which includes ability to understand customer requirement, pull up relevant documents and respond satisfactorily and with immediacy
• Ready to work in Night Shifts and rotational shifts.
• 100% work from office (5 days working)
• Basic knowledge in MS Office applications. Mainly (MS Excel, Word)
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
• Required: Immediate joiners only
