Role Overview:
The Sales Manager Open Market is responsible for leading high-performing sales teams and driving health insurance sales through direct and non-agency channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the open market.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage sales managers and executives to achieve targets.
Business Expansion: Identify new markets, build partnerships, and enhance customer acquisition.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and optimize team productivity.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and timely reporting of sales performance.
