Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar).
Maintain and troubleshoot user accounts, email configurations, and permissions in Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory.
Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
Support cloud-based services with a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure environments.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Document support processes, resolutions, and system updates.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in Microsoft Azure
Good communication skills
