  • Meltwater is seeking a Project Manager to establish and guide our new Automations team in our Hyderabad ofce
  • We are looking for a leader who excels in project management, task prioritization, working cross functionally while embodying the values of collaboration, open-mindedness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects, working with developers and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful and timely delivery

  • What You'll Do:
  • Work with a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver impactful and scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Data teams to ensure our Automation initiatives align with end user needs, business priorities and goals
  • Enforce a data driven culture, rapid iteration powered by AI
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged in ongoing projects and future developments.
  • Define quarterly project milestones on which you will execute together with the engineering team
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Proven experience working with engineering teams as a project or product manager
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Product Management, Project Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or product management
  • Proven ability to define and drive strategic initiatives that create business efficiency
  • Experience working with product usage analytics and platform metrics to assess and improve product success and to address gaps
  • Experience prototyping and using tools like Figma, Miro
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
