Location: Noida Sector 16
Working Hours: aligned with UK/Europe timezone
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Job Description:
As a UK/Europe IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions for clients based in the UK and across Europe. The role includes:
- Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, CWJobs, JobServe, Reed, TotalJobs, etc.), social media, databases, and referrals
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates and clients
- Submitting suitable profiles and ensuring timely feedback and coordination for interviews
- Understanding UK/EU employment laws, work permit requirements (Right to Work), and compliance matters
- Strategizing talent acquisition plans as per client needs and market trends
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience: Prior recruitment experience (UK/Europe market preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing techniques
- Basic knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations and Right to Work rules is an added advantage
- Passionate about international recruitment and working with global clients
