• Should have min 3-8 years of working experience in managing and administering benefit processes covering APJ region
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Masters degree in Human Resources
